Bumps on inner labia, white powdery substance, dark discharge. No soreness. What could it be?

Hi I have little bumps that are almost like pimples on my inner labia . They have been there for as long as I can remember. They are not sore and never have been. But I also have a weird white powdery substance that is in the crease of my inner labia and clitoris kind of. I have been experiencing a very dark brownish black gooey discharge a few weeks before my period and then it gets lighter as a few days go by. I have not been sexually active in over two months and have had my period. It usually starts a few weeks after the brownish black gooey discharge. Can you tell me what it could be?

Hi there,
It seems like that Bartholine glands glands on each side of the labia has been blocked and then it changed to Bartholine cysts.
These glands are there to secrete and moist the viaginal tract. They grow in size very slowly and as you are not sexually active therefore it's not causing any problem. But these cyst can cause problems if they got infected and will swell up in size an cause a lot of pain.
So its better to check it out with a Gynaecologist so that she can proceed further. One thing I am not sure of that you are complaining of white powdery stuff and that is something specifically should be dealt by a gynaecologist.
I hope this discussion would be of help to you.
Thanks very much.
