Bumps On Elbows, Arm, Turning Into Scabs, Itching. Psoriasis?

Hi I think I may have psoriosis or exema. I get these small clear bumps on my elbows and some up my arm. They itch sporadically, and I noticed today that I have some small scabs as well on my elbow. I have had the bumps for as long as I can remember, but they never really caused an issue except minor itching. I thought it was odd when I noticed the bumps are turning into scabs. Is this psoriosis? exema?
