Bump On Upper Left Shoulder, Getting Larger, Numbness On Left Hand, Discomfort In Shoulder. Any Ideas?
i have a bump on my upper left shoulder that has gotten larger in last 10 yrs/ It runs almost all the way across my shoulder. I also have numbness on my pinky on left hand. Sometime I feel discomfort on my upper left shoulder, left side of neck.Once in awhile my left knee bothers me. I have a doctor's appointment in 4 weeks.

As your bump over shoulder getting larger in size and causing compression symptoms(numbness of pinky finger left hand), it should not be taken lightly.there might be chances of malignant changes. So it is better to get it evaluated as early as possible.

As the bump is growing you need to have it examined by an orthopaedic surgeon. Whether the bump is related to other symptoms or these are two different things can be determined by the examination. Further imaging in the form of MRI, CT scan as well as blood tests may be needed. Please discuss this with a doctor you are going to see in 4 weeks.
