Bump On The Upper Lip. Could This Be Due To Herpes?

Well I am only 15 years old. I ve had this bump on my upper lip for a couple of years now. I remember when I first got it I popped it. Now, it s just one is one single bump.. No fluid .. Has not left .. Has not scabbed up. To me it s noticable, but to others it s not (unless I point it out). I ve looked up synthoms for herpes but what I have is nothing like what I see in the pictures. What might this be? :(

Hello,

It is not likely to be herpes, herpes rash or bumps don't persist like that for so long. Herpes bumps are seen only during acute attack.

This is mostly a blocked sebaceous gland.Few glands get repeated blocked and present as small bumps which are either seen only on close observation or can be felt by gentle touch.

Regards.
