Bump On Lower Vagina, Burning Sensation While Urinating. Applied Betadine. Suggestions?

I have a bump on my lower vagina lip that burns when I urinate. It's not itching nor is it painful. I felt it when I was about to have intercourse yesterday morning thats how I knew it was there. I took 3 Sids baths with warm water and betadine in a squirt bottle and now these last 2 times that I went to the bathroom to urinate today it's been a burning feeling.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The bump that you have mentioned is likely to be due to an infected hair follicle or a blocked gland. This needs oral anti inflammatory medicines and antibiotics for proper relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
