My husband is 46 and has between his butt cheeks above and to left of anus a soft round sac (or bump). it feels soft lke it s liquid filled. he does have hemerroids but it is above them and doesn t look like them. it is round and flesh color with a red mark (not a bump like a pimple or a bite) in the middle. to the left of the soft fluid sac is a hard area that is skin color also. the red mark has started bleeding now. he has it about a month and seems to be getting bigger, he said it seems to get bigger when he lifts a lot a weight at work.
