Bump Between Butt Cheeks. Poking When Legs Are Spread. What Could It Be?
I have this bump the size of a small jelly bean between the cheeks of my butt. It doesn't give me Excruciating pain but just like a needle just poking you a bit it only happens when I spread my legs. I started to feel it yesterday..it's getting better i guess...idk. I'm a boy and Im currently training for football in high school, I'm only 15.

It seems that you might be having some ingrown hair follicle infection.
As you feel better, there is no need of taking any medicine.
If bump increases or become painful then go for one short course of antibiotic after consulting your doctor.
Keep local part clean and airy.
