Your sonogram report correlated with the history of irregular cycles suggests polycystic ovarian disease. You also need a complete clinical evaluation, complete hormonal profile, serum DHEAS levels, insulin resistance, AMH levels and antral counts to establish the diagnosis. Treatment of PCOD is almost always very successful with a proper work up. Please maintain a healthy weight, regular exercise and a healthy diet. This helps in spontaneous correction many-a-time. Hope this helps.
