Bulging vein on the forehead after taking levofloxacin to treat strep throat and ear infection. Stop medication?

This morning I took my first dose of Levofloxacin to treat strep and extreme ear infection. I now have a bulging vein (or artery) on the right side of my forehead with swelling underneath the vein above my eye brow. Of course I will discountinue antibiotic immediately but wondered if the swelling is cause for concern. Thank you.
