Bug Bites On Buttocks. No Bed Bugs. What Are They?

I have about 30 bug bites on just my butt. It started when I was in Hawaii and on my third day there I had 5 on the right side, then 12 the next day, the day after I got 4 on the left side and had 17 on thr right, now I have 10 on the left and still 17 on the right. The ones on the right side are now going down. I am the only person from my trip with this problem. I called the hotel and they had Orken pest control check out the room for bed bugs and it came up negative. WHAT are these bites and what do I need to do?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi, you are having lichen urticatus also known as papular urticaria. It is hypersensitivity reaction to insect bite.. Do not worry, take antihitaminics with short course of steroids. Apply calamin lotion. The lesions will fade.. There are many insects beside bed bugs.. Ok
