Bruising After Chin Hurt During Seizure. Throat Sore. Is It Due To Falling?

I fell face first onto my chin while going into a seizure. My chin split open and I have a ton of bruising , but nothing is broken. The inside of my throat is really sore though. It feels like I m getting strep or something, so I didn t know if it was just related to the fall and the trauma to my neck or what I should be looking for if its a cold or something.

Hello,
Thank you for your query,
i went through your query, your sore throat is not due to trauma, due to throat infection. you take a pinch of salt in lukewarmwater and do mouth wash (gargle) for atleast 10 times a day for 2 days and take cephalosporin group antibiotics- ciprobid 500mg twice a day for 3 days
Thank you
