Bruises On Both Thighs, No Injury, Fatigue, Loss Of Appetite, Swollen Lymph Nodes. Causes?

Hello I am a 27 year old female. I woke up this morning with unexplained big bruising up and down both thighs (worse on one side). I have never bruised easily and experienced no injury. I have also been experiencing fatigue , lose of appetite , and nausea the past couple weeks. Today I also have swollen lymph nodes and a low grade fever. Could this be related to the bruising or something else entirely? Thank you
