Bruises on both thighs, no injury, fatigue, loss of appetite, swollen lymph nodes. Causes?

Hello I am a 27 year old female. I woke up this morning with unexplained big bruising up and down both thighs (worse on one side). I have never bruised easily and experienced no injury. I have also been experiencing fatigue , lose of appetite , and nausea the past couple weeks. Today I also have swollen lymph nodes and a low grade fever. Could this be related to the bruising or something else entirely? Thank you

Your described symptoms indicate toward some infective pathology. Direct physical examination and proper blood work up is required for appropriate diagnosis. Antibiotic treatment might required to control the infection.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
