Bruise on thigh, back and knee. Why leg numb?

Hi, 2 days ago I knocked my thighs pretty hard against my porch. It resulted in a small bruise on my left thigh as well as a huge bruise going from below the back of the knee to almost my buttock on the right, there is also a big cut. The bruise on my right thigh has continued to get larger. On one side the bruise is a ugly purple/reddish colour and on the other side it s healing like normal. Aside from the bruise, my right leg has a sort of tingly/numb feeling and my foot is slightly swollen(not too much though). Should I be worried about this or will it take more time than normal to heal due to size? I suppose what I m asking is whether or not I should go see a doctor about it or not. I m not one for searching the internet for things like this but I do not want to head to the hospital heedlessly.

Homeopath 's  Response
Hello friend,

Thank you for posting your query through Healthcare magic.
I am a Homoeopath and so my answer may appear strange for you.
Even a physical injury will make different reactions in different individuals. It is not based on the physical injury caused to your body alone. It is also based on your mental reactions to it.
Here in your case, the wound or the trauma caused by knocking against porch has created physical and mental trauma and hence you are worried.
In Homoeopathy, both your mental and physical condition after the shock of injury will be considered to prescribe the correct curative remedy for you by an expert Homoeopath. Because it is through your mind and body, your constitution is manifested both in health and in sickness.
With the present condition, you need no hospitalisation. But a consultation of a Homoeopath and taking a constitutional remedy to improve your immunity to fight the present condition is advisable.
If your mind and body are strong enough then your physical and mental conditions will be improving speedily. In that case you can rest without a medication even with Homoeopathy.
Out of about 150 Homoeopathic remedies indicated for various individuals suffering from injuries, which remedy you need is decided by an expert Homoeopath after a detailed case taking.
Either you may go to such a person known to you or get back to me with more details. Kindly use the premium follow up question facility of Healthcare magic.
With best wishes ,
