Hello doctor , I m currently trying to lose weight . I don t eat many calories and I take the thermo burner pills .currently I ve been exercising.lfting weights.running on the tredmill and risin the gym bicycle. A bruise appeared on my leg.questionis the bruise on my leg a sign that my body is workn out and my muscles are shaping and my muscles are working or is more serious ? I just started exercising a few days ago. I m currently 19 soon to be 20. Please help
Hi,thanks for query.Bruise does not indicate anything like that.It has come up because some undue pressure on that area during exercise or some injury over that area.Please be careful to avoid injuries.Please be judicious in weight loss programme,do not be very aggressive.bye.

bruise means the color change of the skin due to the collection of blood in sub dermal area due to the rupture of subcutaneous blood vessels.it may happens due to an injury only. and the site of bruise will not always gives an idea about the site of injury due to shifting of blood to the depended part of body due to gravitational force
any it is no need to worry
1-take some days of rest to prevent further development
2-never go for vigorous exercises
3-slow exercises in repeated number is preferrable
