hai bella,
bruise means the color change of the skin due to the collection of blood in sub dermal area due to the rupture of subcutaneous blood may happens due to an injury only. and the site of bruise will not always gives an idea about the site of injury due to shifting of blood to the depended part of body due to gravitational force
any it is no need to worry
1-take some days of rest to prevent further development
2-never go for vigorous exercises
3-slow exercises in repeated number is preferrable
thanking you
