Bruise Near Bikini Area. Hard, Thick Under The Surface. Not Sexually Active. Causes And Treatment?
I have a small purple bruise looking circle surrounded by a larger red circle high on my leg next to my bikini area. It hurts and when felt it is hard and thick under the surface and even larger than the coloration indicates on the surface. It appeared within the last week, like it was not there one day and there the next. I am a 43 year old caucasian female. Not sexually active.

It seems that you might be having local fungal infection super added with bacterial infection.
Apply anti fungal cream locally.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
Avoid wearing inner wear during night.
Wear cotton inner wear.
