Brownish Spots On My Both Legs But It Has No Pain
I have got brownish spots on my both legs. first they were only on foot but now they are extending proximally,to my legs.i dont have any pain and itching but my main concern is that they are extending and cosmetically my legs are not good.

There is hper -pigmentation on your skin due to more formation of melanin. Avoid exposer to heat, sunlight.

Avoid exposure to sunlight. Apply sunscreen lotion if you go out. Eat well washed fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. There may be many causes of spots foe which the Dermatologist needs to examine you to give correct treatment.

If you are having brown spots it may be hyperpigmentation;deficiency of vitamin;and although they are not giving any trouble but since they are extending you need to get examined by a Skin specialist to find the reason of the spots.Once the reason is found he will prescribe you ointment or medicines to reduce the spots.
