Brownish Patch In The Middle Of Neck. Pediatrician Advised For Dermatologist. What Could It Be?

Hello,
My 6 year old daughter has even olive skin but has had a brownish patch right in the middle of the her neck. It's a little larger then a 50 cent piece. She is healthy, and at a pefect healthy weight. Her pediatrician wants us to see a dermatologist. All skin doctors in our area won't see her tell next year!! I'm concerned. Reading what it could be is terrifying:-/ please if anyone has an idea... I'd like to hear it. Thank you so much!!

I can understand your concern, as per the history given here I could say that it could be lichen spot, for final confirmation and in the case of skin manifestation clinical examination is must have nice day.
