What would cause brown spotting? and what would cause a 22 year old to go the last 4 years with only 1-3 menstrual cycles a year?

Hey have you not got your gynec check up done? I am sure you would have swollen up by now without shedding your monthly bleeds. So better go to the gynec soon. It shall have issues with your fertility as well.
