Hi ,

with regards to your chest X ray, most of the findings are within the normal range seen due to age related changes. the calcification of the aortic knuckle is associated with atherosclerosis which is also again due to age related changes.
These changes are not life-threatening But you should take steps to prevent progression of atherosclerosis.
In case you are a smoker - you should stop smoking.
Monitor your BP and take medications regularly in case you have hypertension.
Regular physical activity and maintaining good cholesterol levels either by diet or medications (if required) will help to prevent progression of atherosclerosis.

Hope this helps.
