We understand your concerns

You crave for something because your body asks for some essential nutrients from the thing you crave for most. Some children eat sand, excess salt etc are examples. You craving for raw pasta should be justified. For that you should confirm the deficiency though pathogenic tests. Actully pasta is made essentially of wheat and some flavors. Smell craving is defini9tely psychologically motivated. I know people who have such problems, but they are all psychologically effective. As food craving, there is very little proof for smell cravings. Let it be like that. Don't worry or get too anxieous about it. Anxiety increases the problem. Get well soon.
