Broken Foot, Had Surgery, Gained Weight. What Can I Do?

i had a stroke in june 11. it was a brain hemorrage and aneurism. i stayed in hospital for 1 month. i gained 25+ lbs. from 160 lbs. and continued to gain and tried to stay mobile. since the stroke i broke my foot and had to have surgery 2 months ago.this was due to my stroke because i remain numb and can t feel my right foot. i am now at 200+ lbs. and do not do anything different except being immobile. this has effected me deeply. what can i do?

You need to consult a Physiotherapist who can advice exercises which help in maintaining the body weight.

Also he would help you recover from complications of immobilization due to surgery.

Do maintain a balanced diet when there is less energy spent then the calorie intake also should be lowered.
