Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
My advise would be to avoid sunbathing till the lesions heal completely. Waxing can induce infection of hair follicles or folliculitis as well as pimples. I would advise that you meet a dermatologist nearby so that appropriate treatment can be advised after analysing your affected skin.
Hope this helped.
Take care
