Bright Red Clots With Severe Cramps, What Could This Be ?

I have bright red blood with lots of clots, I also feel sick to my stomach and have cramping, I have enodmetrosis and usually my periods are really heavy and dark with little to no clots and never any cramps, what could this be?

Are your periods on time this time? if your periods are on time then it happens sometimes due to mild hormonal changes that take place in our body. You need not worry. Just take hormonal therapy in consultation with your gynaecologist to decrease the bleeding.
