Breathing Problem, Pain In Chest, Mild Dizziness. Diagnosed LVH. On Treatment For Congestive Heart Failure. Suggest

I am a 45 year old lady. Was only diagnosed with LVH in Aug 2013. I have had good heath generally but always suffered from dizziness for years that was attributed to low pressure. On the contrary I was told is congestive heart failure when I got to the hospital. I am on treatment now feeling much better but I am still having breathing problems and pain in the chest. All other tests performed were normal. My dizziness is 95% disappeared.
