Breathing problem only at night, occurs only in places without ventilation. Cure?

Morning,I seem to have breathing problem but only at night and always around the same time.about 9 in the evening that last for the rest of the night.but It seems to only be in places that don t have a window open if that makes much sence also in the morning I have real difficulties in opening my eyes it like the light is actually making my eyes water and sting. Kind regards thankyou...

Hi thanks for the question.
You have problems with your breathing during night, especially in closed room.
Few important thing in history, you have not mentioned is your age and body weight and if you have any heart or lungs problems?
If you don’t have any lungs or heart problems, the cause of your in difficulty in breathing is most probably psychogenic.
The other disease which can cause difficulty in breathing during night is sleep apnea syndrome, which usually occurs in obese individuals.
You watery, sticky eyes could be due to blocked nasolacrimal duct,which drains screations from eyes into the nose, for which you need consultation from eye specialist
Blocked nose can also cause difficulty in breathing.
