Breathing difficulty with chest pain. Feeling uncomfortable after eating. Heart disease?

grandma was having difficulty breathing . she almost went breathless until she took a seat and kept calm. she looked totally pale that night. she had a chest pain on her left hand side last night too, but after rubbing some ointment on it, she said she felt much better. she preferred to sleep sitting at the sofa instead of lying down on her bed. last few months, she claimed that she had gastric pain, each time she finishes her dinner, she feels uneasy and her stomach gives her an uncomfortable feeling. Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The description is highly suggestive of heart failure.
It is probably from Coronary Artery Disease.

She needs to be examined and investigated – EKG / ECHOcardiogram / Blood work up etc.

Symptoms from the lower part of heart are often mistaken for ‘gastric’ – even by medical personnel.
Mistaking a heart attack for ‘gastric’ is far serious and has worse consequences – than the other way around.
You should take her to the doctor.
Better be safe than sorry.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
