Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to HCM

You are a young 25 year old male with symptoms like difficulty in breathing for past 6 years, chest tightness, yawning. There is no significant family history and there is no cough or any sneezing. Chest X-Ray came normal.

First of all you should get your ECG and ECHO tests done to rule out any cardiac problem. A lot of heart conditions can present with such symptoms.

If investigations come normal then other possibility of these symptoms is some attack of anxiety or panic attack. Difficulty in breathing, chest tightness, impending doom etc symptoms are commonly seen. Consult a Psychiatrist for expert help.
Try relaxation methods, yoga, breathing exercises for quick relaxation.

Thanks
