Breast Tumour. Prescribed Prima. Tumour Painful, Getting Enlarged. Solution?
Good morning Sir My mother has been suffering from a tumour in her left breast for 4 years. She has been treated by Dr. Mustanjid for last 3 years and this year by Dr. Syeda Hasina Azam in Bangladesh. They advised the same medicine named- Prima. But her tumour is getting enlarged day by day and now she feels pain sometimes. What can we do now? She is getting worse day by day. Please Sir, I beg your advice. Alvin

The tumor as you mentioned in your query may be due ,
1 Benign tumor , previously when doctor first examined 4 years might be a benign tumor, but now this is from 4 years growing its size and become painful , so the condition has worse.
I am sorry to say that the tumor might had changed into malignant form.
A mammography and M R I breast will find out the cause and nature of tumor. Can be confirmed by a surgeon as physical examination will find out every thing.
In my opinion your have wasted 4 years and now AT ONCE consult another surgeon and get his opinion and treatment( 3rd one).

Having tumor in the breast should be evaluated and should come to diagnosis as early as possible.
I think they might have gone for Mammaography or biopsy by this time.
Consult surgeon and get examined, investigated and confirm the diagnosis.
After proper diagnosis plan of treatment can be decided.
