Breast Lump. Prescribed Mecla. X-ray Mammography Shows Dense Subcentimeter Nodules In Breast Parenchyma. Suggestions?

Dear Doctor, I had a lump in my right breast . Mamography was done. No significant abnormality was detected in the scan. X-ray mammogram carried out in the same sitting reveals iso dense subcentimeter nodules, in the middle one third, in the supero lateral quadrant of right breast parenchyma, however no corresponding focal lesion is identified on the sonomammogram. My age is 35 years mother of two children. My doctor has adviced Cap MECGLA once a day. Please advise.
