Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.Ratnakar Kini and I am pleased to assist you.

You are having constipation and symptoms of fissure in ano.

Drink plenty of fluids, eat high fiber diet and take stool softeners and fiber supplements. Sitz bath, topical lignocaine and diltiazem would provide relief from pain.
If the symptoms of fissure is persistent or recurrent, then you may require surgical treatment.

I hope that answers your question.
Regards,
Dr.Ratnakar Kini
