Boils On Buttocks, Around Anus. Applying Ointment, Taking Bactrim Forte.

Good day, I seem to have a problem here. I have boils on my buttocks and round my anus, used an ointment cream - sabrestren and some have dried up but more. Still come out. Ihad an abrasion between the anus line and the cream helped in healing, I am also taking bactrim forte. Just wanted to be sure that I am on the right track. I. Haven't had Sex in 3years so I am wondering what is it.....

it is seemed to me fungal infection as the area is fungal prone beause of contact with water every day
can consult deratologist to be sure
i advice to start with fluconazole 150 mg once a wk for 4-6 week
if infection occurs use antibiotic short course may be minocycline best for skin
use antifungalointment and powders for long
keep dry or airy no undergarments or loose
use non greesy non fatty food
lot of warm water for increasing uimmunity
