The possible diseases in your case in yor case that is boil draining bus not responsive to antibiotics could be
1. Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection
2. Draining sinus of tuberculous lymph node.
3. Actinomycosis
You should have pus coming out, for gram stain and culture and sensitivity, stain for actinomycosis, and ZN stain plus culture for mycobacterial culture and sensitivity.

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
These are due to infection by staphylococcus commonly due to perspiration and moisture may start from hair follicle.
This infection can cause collection of pus or may involve local Lymph nodes.
Treatment involves judicious use of antibiotics, if the one you are using is not tolerated then alternative can be used.
To reduce pain and swelling analgesic and anti inflammatory drugs are commonly used.
Abscess formation may require surgical drainage to remove pus and repeated dressings are required for healing and keep personal hygiene and keep area dry as far as possible.
If problem is recurrent one then possibility of Hidradenitis suppurativa condition pus collection occurs repeatedly.
Hope this is useful to you.
Take care.
Good Luck.

General & Family Physician Dr. David Okia's  Response
Good afternoon dear.
First not all pus must have come out, its important to see the doctor who will re examine the site and drain more pus, this should be followed by daily dressing.
The pus drained should be taken for culture and sensitivity, so that we know which micro organism are present and what drugs its sensitive to. This most likely could be resistant strains of staphylococcus.
Mean while take some analgesic as you go to see doctor.
