Body Vibrations, Head Pressure In Temples, Jaws, Stiffness In Arms, Legs, Recurring Condition. Treatment Options?

i get body vibrations mostly noticed at night. head pressure in temple and jaw then my arm and leg feel stiff and weak. i feel like im going to drop but at the same time i feel like i have to move around. afterwords i feel tierd like i just went through hell then i feel fine for couple of hours a day or a couple of days then it comes back again and scares the crap out of me

It may be due to migraine, which is a common cause of such symptoms, or it can be due to systemic vasculitis syndrome.

The exact cause can be said depending on further evaluation of you.

Do not be scared. Both are treatable.
