Body Heat, Normal Temperature, Pain In Forearms, Thighs, Pelvis. Taking Ibuprofen. Cure?

I am a male 40 years old and for the past 3 days I feel like I have a fever but when I take my temparute its normal. I feel pain in my four arms, thighs and pelvic area. When I touch my arms or legs they feel sour and feel like I m coming down with something. When I take ibuprofen it helps for a short while but it come back again and still feel it

This probably fibromyalgia or functional disorder,to visit with psychiatrist....amitriptyline may help...
