Blurry Eyes After A Nap. Anything Serious?

Hi, Good Day, Im Justin, 22 years old.. every time i take a nap during break time (lunch break) during work usually about 15-30 mins. nap, I often time experience blurry eyes when i woke up. The blurry sometimes take 10-20 mins. before my sight comes back clear again. Is this something i have to take serious caution regarding my health?

Hello

It appears that you are suffering from subepithelial punctate keratitis. You should use lubricating eye drops every four hours. At night you should use lubricating gel in the eyes. You should not rub your eyes and open the eyes slowly after sleep. Also, please get vision checked and in case there is some defect, then get a refraction done for correction.

You should take care of the hygiene of the eyes.
