Hello dear, The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be primarily due to any pathology in the eyes, or secondary to the elevated blood pressure levels, like hypertensive retinopathy. Management involves keeping a regular check on the BP & keeping it at an optimal level for your age. Kindly continue the anti hypertensive medications as advised by your doctor. Stoppage of the medications will further increase the risk of hypertension associated organ damage.
