Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
You have had too many surgeries due to varying diseases.
The anemia may be related to blood loss during surgery, the pain medicines or the anemia of chronic illness.
You need to get anemia work up for this and review to a local physician for physical clinical examination.
shingles is a self limiting illness of viral origin. It needs local antiviral medicines.
It can result in significant neuropathic pain in some individuals in that case it needs complex pain relieving regimens for prolonged times.
The shingles may occur due to stress or poor immunity.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
