Blood Test Shows Faint IgG. Neuropathy, Pain, Numbness. Family History Of AML. Prognosis?

My 77 year old mom is seeing a hematologist oncologist in two days for her blood work showed faint igg . For two months she suddenly has had severe extremity neuropathy pain numbness. From what I have been reading sounds like multiple myeloma. My father just passed of aml since she has symptoms is it likely progressed. And what are the prognosis time for her ? Is diagnosis always include bone Bx

If it is being suspected malignant disease, then obviously all the investigations should support the clinical diagnosis, if all the reports strongly suggestive or supports the clinical diagnosis then the survival period is depend upon the staging of disease and the chemotherapy, and response of chemotherapy, if every thing gone very well with no bad side effects or much torable effects of disease as well of treatments then patient can achieve the normal life span, take care of your mother.
