Blood test report, low hgb,hct,mcv,mch,mchc, related to hair loss ?

i just got my blood tests it says low hgb,hct,mcv,mch,mchc and ferritine. what does this mean? does it relate to hair loss? if so and i get treated will my hair grow back?
