Blood Test Done For 2 Year Old Kid. What Does Result Indicate?

Hi,
My daughter (2 years 6 months old) is having mild fever for the past 1 week. She was advised to take blood test.
Following are the results.
Dengue IgG - 0.3
Dengue NS1 - 0.4
Dengue IgM - 0.9
WBC-0000
Platelet - 1.7
Malaria - negative.
S.typhii O and H 1:40
S.typii PO and PH 1:20
She had her typhoid vaccination earlier. Does this indicate that my daughter is having Dengue infection?
