Blood Test Done. What Does The Analysis Mean?

Just had a physical with CBC, 50 year old female. Dr. has referred me to a hematologist but I cannot get an appt for 8 weeks. WBC=3.1, neutro%=9.3, lymph%=70.1, mono%=15.7, Baso%=2.5, Imm Gran% 0.0, Neutro#=.2; diff manual: segs 5, lymphs=68, monocytes=18, atypical lymph =5 (all else w/in normal ranges.) These readings have me worried and I dread waiting 8 more weeks. Can anyone shed some light. As far as meds, I had a thyroid ablation 2 years ago and am on 137mgs of Synthroid. I teach in a large high school but am not often sick, just an occasional sinus infection. I am exhausted all the time and sleep 8-9 hours solid. I had mono as a sophmore in college (many moons ago!) Thank you for any words of wisdom - Art teacher

hi iam your doctor , Dr Usman
well from the CBC report nothing is much worrysome. i think your symptoms of tiedness and lots of sleep may have to do with your thyroid levels as after thyroid ablation, patients tend to be ina hypothyroidism state. please get a refresh thyroid function blood tests , if T3 T4 levels are low you may need to increase the dose of Synthyroid. thanks wish you good health
