Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Your mother is having Anemia that is her Hemoglobin is low and it is Normochromic and Hypochromic which points to the possibility of Iron deficiency as cause, her blood sugar fasting is normal and creatinine is also normal.
Every report needs to be correlated clinically she needs to be investigated for cause of anemia by more specific tests like serum Iron, serum ferritin, and TIBC,any evidence of hemolysis or deficiency of B12.
If it is due to low serum iron then it is also important to know cause, may be hidden blood loss from some where like GIT and Uterus.
Once cause is detected for anemia it can be treated accordingly.
Take care
Good luck.
