Blood test done. Having thyroid, gaining weight, having lower back problem. What's wrong?

I got my bolld test done. My iron serum levels are really low so My doc prescribed me iron for 2 months. I have been diagnosed of thyroid also, for which , my doc has not started any treatment right now as she says I should take iron for 2 months, again get a blood test done n then she will advise me accordingly. But I can feel I m putting on weight. My face seems much bigger all of a sudden, esp in the morning . I have lower back problem also. Pleas help

It seems that you are having thyroid problem and so there are associated problems like anemia, weight gain. swelling on face etc.
After thyroid test go for treatment for hypothyroid.
Continue with Iron capsules.
After thyroid becomes normal your all problem will be solved.
