hello
thanks for ur enquery on HCM
ur wbc count is less as well as
absolute neutrophil count and slight increase of
lymphocyte count
there is little abnormality in urine report
nitrite test is positive with moderate bacteria suggesting urinary infection...but not to worry about
what i am looking for in urine is albumin level...but u didnt mention it...it will be more contributory to ur lupus diagnosis
btw u need to take plenty of water
u need to send ur urine sample for c/s
after that u emperically start an antibiotic
levofloxacin 750 od
then change as per report
ur blood report is suggestive of chronic infection
but from this parameter only none can diagnose lupus
wait for the above mentioned report to come...because these are needed to diagnose lupus
u need to keep in mind following symptoms...
oral ulcer, alopecia, joint pain, weakness, fatiguability etc
dont worry
consult a rheumatologist with report
thank u
