Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi ! After reviewing your blood test reports, what is abnormal is an increased level of LDL cholesterol.
Apart from this abnormality, all the other test reports seem in normal range.
In view of increasing incidence of ischemic heart diseases & strokes from cardiovascular events in your age group, it would be better for you to have following precautions-
1) Get a baseline ECG done by an eminent cardiologist with a consultation
2) Follow up & maintain a regular exercise schedule as per your choice & availability of the time
3) Follow a good dietary plan which avoids high cholesterol containing foods & fatty foods , & prefer a timely scheduled diet with high fiber content with vegetarian contents
4) It would be better if you may be able to start an oral lipid lowering agent & continue it for at least six months
All these will help you to prevent further complications, maintain the weight & live a healthy life!
Thanks & take care of yourselves.
