I have been extremly tired over the last six days i just check my blood pressure and the first reading friday was 174/124 tonight it was 183/113 im 44years old and weigh about 180

Hello.Welcome.Your BP is really high and you must consult a physician or cardiologist and get yourself investigated and treated properly lest it damages your cardiovascular,renal,opthalmic,nervous systems if you delay it.Good luck.
