A normal bp rate is 90 - 119 / 60 - 79,, its a clear case of hypertension Stage 1 where systolic is 140 – 159 & diastolic 90 – 99,, YOU REALLY NEED A MEDICAL ATTENTION,, The systolic pressure doesn' bother much as compared to a high diastolic pressure,, well am 22 now,, & i'd once experienced bp as high as 160/100,, i felt like a huge weight pressed upon my head & i was unable to walk,, well look into the link below for a natural cure of high blood pressure,,,,,,,,,,,, http://www.articlesbase.com/diseases-and-conditions-articles/how-to-cure-high-blood-pressure-naturally-567875.html

I am a 44 year old female weight 160, height 5/3,disabled due to 5 failed back surgeries, my blood pressure is normally low even after surgery and with sever pain.My normal blood pressure is about 110/67. I have been monitoring it since last night due to eating salt to try and get it back up (get very dizzy when it is very low) it was 97/55 then a hour later 95/ 55 and my heart rate was 65 (my heart rate us usually 90 resting, not sure why) today with not eating yet my blood pressure was 105/60 pulse 75, then let dog out and sat back down for 15 minutes and it was 136 over 86 heart rate 115 (started getting a headache also). took again in 30 minutes of resting and 109/57 pulse 86. what can this mean? it goes so low sometimes that the nurse at hospital went and got 3 different cuffs because she said I could not be awake with a blood pressure as low as it was (at that time it was 80/45) no one seems very worried about this but me, I get too dizzy and fall, which doesnt help my back problems. all I get told is eat salt, I eat enough salt for 5 people some times , just trying to bring my blood pressure up, I am actually starting to hate the taste of salt.am I worrying over nothing? I keep getting told low blood pressure is better then high, well if I fall down a flight of stairs and break my neck I dont think so LOL any ideas would be greatly appreciated, or just tell me the drs are right, eat salt and stop worrying :) thank you

Dr. Oz, I know you're show is geared mostly towards women but I really am in dyer need of help. I'm a 22 year old male and I'm currently taking two 20mg instant release Adderalls a day. My blood pressure is normal on a daily basis, but high blood pressure and heart disease does run in my family. My concern is in regards to Erectile Disfunction. It is a real self confidence killer! My penis doesn't get fully erect when I'm about to have sex, its hard but not where it can stay up the air hard..excuse the reference. Also some other times it will get hard, but it will not stay that way for long amounts of time. Does anyone know why this could be? I also have trouble staying hard. For example if it slips out, there is a switch of positions,or the slightest distraction, it wont remain hard. I take adderall but don't notice a difference in this when I take it and when I don't. I exercise regularly (4-5x a week) and eat relatively healthy(for a college student). I am stressed a lot and i know that could be a cause of my problems. but does anyone have any ideas? Also is it to early for someone my age (22) to take pills such as viagra or cialis? What are the long term side effects?
