Blood In Urine, Ultrasound Of Kidney Normal. Probable Reason?

my son is 11 years old after urine when clean a drop of blood very light can be seen in tissue we did urine test and also blood and ultra sound too traces of blood is there in urine but ultra sound of kidney is clear and blood too there is some thingbin goulbladder but doctor cant understand walkin doctor so adice urologist so we r waiting since a week after all this very worried socwhats the problem my son do not have any kind of pain please help

It is most probably infection or tight foreskin.
He needs examination and urine culture tests.
It is not serious, but cannot be ignored.
