Blood In Urine, Pain In Penis On Urinating, No Fever Or Back Pain. Symptoms Of UTI?

Dear SIr, SInce yesterday i have been having blood in my urination and when i urinate there is pain in my penis . After seeing that i use tissue to wipe my penis and still found droplets of blood pinkish and red color. i have no fever , no back pains, etc.... Could please advise if this is Jus UTI or something else. Thanks

Hi,
Welcome to HCM .
It is most probably UTI.
Urine culture test and appropriate antibiotics are necessary.
If repeated episodes occur, ultrasound scan is necessary to look for stones or obstruction to the urinary tract.
