Blood In Urine Along With Burning Sensation Are Signs Of Bladder Infection?

I do not know if I should see a doctor or not but I think I may have a bladder infection. It burns when I urinate, blood in my urine and lower back and abdomen pain. Is it a bladder infection or kidney infection? I took an at home uti test and it tested negative for nitrate but positive for leukocytes. What could this possibly mean? I should I go see a doctor?

Hi. Yes, you should go and see a dr. You are already tested positive for UTI.(urinary tract infection).Give your urine sample for culture and sensitivity test and then start some antibiotic with the advise of your dr. Also take plenty of fluids and get one ultrasound done. Blood in urine can be due to cystitis ( bladder infection)or renal calculus( stone) or some growth in bladder. So, you need to get evaluated.
Thanks.
